make a foolproof homemade tomato broth—tangy, rich, and with no unnecessary additives.

🍅 What You’ll Need:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- ½ onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cups water (about 500ml)
- Salt, sugar, and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- (Optional: a dash of soy sauce and a pinch of MSG, if preferred)
j How to Make It:
- Chop the tomatoes, dice the onion, and slice the garlic.
- Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until soft and juicy.
- Stir in the tomato paste until well combined.
- Pour in the water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt, sugar, soy sauce (optional), MSG (optional), and black pepper. Done!
